This late spring Pluck Oolong Tea, from the Mid-eastern Himalayas of Nepal is Bulky leaves carefully hand rolled to create an utterly delicious tea with a balanced oxidation level range of 50-70%. A must have tea for Oolong Tea lovers.

Subtle green downy buds, mixed with tea leaves ranging in hues from raisin to light brown , release  an aroma close to dark baked apple crums when the pack is opened. This beautiful Oolong tea gives off a golden brandy luminosity when steeped, with a texture that is slightly viscous and syrupy. while in your mouth, the taste could remind you of lychee and pears while it finishes smooth, but sligtly dry with lingering juiciness afterwards leaving you a little woozy and high.

Preparation

We believe that tea drinking experience should be completely personal and liberating. There is no right or wrong way to brew tea. Individual taste buds are unique. We believe that a tea drinker should try different variations of brewing methods, amount of tea, steeping time and water temperature to come to find the perfect taste they fall in love with.

We have tried many different methods and variations to brew 27° Exclusive Nepal Oolong Tea out of which, we have picked our favorites as follows:

Smooth-Refreshing

Steps 1. Get 10 oz filtered water and bring it to boil.

2. Add about 1 teaspoon of tea leaves into a clear glass or in your Steeping cup.

3. Pour the boiling hot water into your clear glass or steeping cup containing tea leaves.

4. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes.

5. The color is Deep golden. Strain and enjoy every sip of it.

6. Repeat for second infusion, adding 1 min extra steeping time.

 

Robust- Energy High

STEPS

1. Get 10 oz filtered water and bring it to boil.

2. Add about 1.5 to 2 teaspoon of tea leaves into a clear glass or in your Steeping cup.

3. Pour the boiling hot water into your clear glass or steeping cup containing tea leaves.

4. Let it steep for 5 minutes.

5. The color is Rusty golden. Strain and enjoy every sip of it.

6. Repeat for second infusion,1 min extra steeping time.
