Sourced from the Tea Mountains of the Eastern Himalayas of Nepal, this Robust Black Tea is a great choice for breakfast with a texture ranging from light to slightly medium when moved around in mouth. Great by itself, or served with milk.

A range of combination of colors from green to avocado-brown, these tea leaves, give off subtle aroma close to roses, malt loaf and chocolate. Producing a beautiful apricot orange and light caramel hued liquor, with a texture ranging from light to slightly medium when moved around in mouth, subtly tasting like sweet lychee. It finishes with a soft lingering sweetness and a calming satisfaction from quenching minerality.

We have tried many different methods and variations to brew 01° Nepal Organic Black, out of which, we have picked our favorites as follows:
Robust-Refreshing
Steps
1. Get 10 oz filtered water and bring it to boil.
2. Add about 1 teaspoon of tea leaves into a clear glass or in your Steeping cup.
3. Pour the boiling hot water into your clear glass or steeping cup containing tea leaves.
4. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
5. The color is Deep golden. Strain and enjoy every sip of it.
6. Repeat for second infusion, adding 1 min extra steeping time.
Robust- Energy High
Steps
1. Get 10 oz filtered water and bring it to boil.
2. Add about 1.5 to 2 teaspoon of tea leaves into a clear glass or in your Steeping cup. 3. Pour the boiling hot water into your clear glass or steeping cup containing tea leaves.
4. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
5. The color is Rusty golden. Strain and enjoy every sip of it.
6. Repeat for second infusion,1 min extra steeping time.
