If you are considering adding herbs to your blend, we recommend you extend the study for herbs to avoid potential side effects. Although herbs are beneficial for our health most of the time, too much of them can cause adverse reactions, especially when you are dealing with different health issues. For instance, herbs such as Ginseng, and Ginkgo Biloba can trigger headaches in migraine patients. Also, excessive amounts of herbs can result in a displeasing taste and flavor in tea. 2. Gather Tea Blending Tools

You do not need large numbers of equipment and tools to make your tea blend, however, the right equipment does make your process simpler and smoother. So, what equipment do you need for the tea blend recipes? 

  •         Spoon: For scooping the teas and other ingredients.
